Identity Crisis

In a futuristic city, a cyborg named Scott is riding the bus home when he comes to realize that the gift he is carrying might not be as good of a gift as he thought. He becomes set on buying some new jewelry, but along the way he faces some concerning obstacles. Why is his own face on a wanted poster?
